Standard delivery
Orders placed on Standard Delivery can take up to 10 - 14 working days to reach you.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland can take up to 14 working days.
Standard delivery costs £3.99 or £5.99 depending on the total of your basket, and is free if you spend more than £50. Working days are Monday to Saturday excluding Bank Holidays.
Your delivery can arrive between 8:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Saturday, and can’t be pre-selected. Once your order is out with the courier, you’ll receive a text with a two hour delivery window for when you can expect your parcel.
Deliveries to select postcodes will take longer as detailed in the table below.
Click and collect
Click and Collect orders are sent to your preferred parcel shop, and you'll be given available options at checkout. This service costs £3.99 or £5.99 depending on the total of your basket, and is free if you spend more than £50.
Orders placed on a click and collect service are exempt from express delivery. If you can learn more about this service here.

Express delivery - Delivery service currently unavailable
Selected UK orders can be shipped via express delivery (subject to location). Express deliveries will arrive on the next working day (including Saturday) as long as your order was placed before 1pm, and the service costs £6.99.
Please check the table below for areas in the UK that can’t receive this service, and how many more working days these deliveries will take on top of our standard delivery service (5 working days).
