Did you get a free Disney key with your item? You’ll need to pop this back in your parcel as well.
Returning Disney Partner Products
If you’re sending back a Disney Partner customized t-shirt, hoodie, or mug, you’ll need to use EVRi to return it.
How can I send my item back?
There are few ways to get your bits and bobs back to us, safe and sound.

It’s wonderfully easy to use. Just enter your Order Number, your Postcode – and follow the steps from there.
EVRi (formerly Hermes)
|Return to:||Your local EVRi drop off point|
|Refund Time:||Up to 14 working days from return being received|
- Click ‘Returns’
- Select ‘Disney Store’ from the retailer list
- Enter your reference number – this is your Disney Outlet order number
- Don’t forget to enter your email address, to get your receipt and tracking details.

You’re welcome to give your order back to us in person – so come and see us in our Dublin or London stores! Just remember to bring:
- A copy of your delivery note,
- The original payment method.
Sorry, you won’t be able to return your item in store if it’s:
- A Disney Partner customized t-shirt, hoodie or mug,
- A Disneyland Paris product,
- Bought using PayPal, or other non-card payment types.
